About Alicia Skillman
After many years as a general practitioner, Alicia Skillman was determined to meet the needs of her clientele better and now focuses on assisting businesses and individuals with trusts, probate, estate planning, small business development, ethics, and trademark.
Her passion for these areas stems from personally experiencing the burden left when a loved one passes away without having done any preplanning. She wants to ensure she can help as many families as possible avoid experiencing that.
She’s on a mission to partner with clients to plan for when they are gone so they can experience peace of mind now.
-
Alicia’s legal expertise and experience have helped clients throughout Michigan and the greater Detroit area. Her commitment to advocacy extends far beyond the legal realm. As a member of the LGBTQ community, she is a staunch activist for equality and inclusivity. She also serves in ministry and officiates marriages. When she is not helping clients build their legacy or uniting couples in matrimony, she finds solace with her family and in her garden.
